I ordered a free photo book that was a promotion from the Oprah Winfrey Show. They sent me 4x6 photos instead of the book. Now they are refusing to honor their free promotion. They are also refusing to refund my money that was paid towards the photo book. I will never do business with Snapfish. read full review »
