They've supposedly been working on a modification request for over 4 months now. I called my mortgage company and NOTHING has been done. I've sent these people $2000.00. I've retained an attorney and requested a refund a month ago. I've called several times and they stated that a refund will take 6 weeks. When I called today, a message states that they have discontinued their business and there are no numbers given to be contacted. I have yet to receive my refund. Do not EVER do business with these companies. Work with your own lender. Most of these companies are scam artists! My house is now in foreclosure status. read full review »
