Requested free 15 day supply; was charged $4.95 for shipping. I remember checking that I DID NOT want to automatically receive a continuing 30-day supply. Was surprised to receive a 30-day supply and a charge for $79.22 appeared on the credit card used to pay the shipping fee. I have since received 2 more bottles and two charges of $87.17 each. Have attempted to call using the number on credit card, but it is not valid (999-999-9999). There is no other number found on the credit card or on the packing list.
