I did not know how or who to complain to so here it is. Last fall 08 my daughter Maria was accused of shop lifting and the person in charge of security called my daughter a "spick". He said, " all spicks are theives". My daughter has mental issues for which she is being treated. I don't know the man's name but I just want to tell all Hispanics not to shop at Kohl's dept store for they are racists. Even if she did steal which she didn't that is no excuse to call anyone racial slures. Thank you. read full review »
