I was shown a model, and told the unit I was buying would be exactly the same. When we got there it was not near as big or as nice. It had asmaller guest bedroom, no granite tops, no plasma televisions, it was probably in the most undesireable area of the complex. I got nowhere talking with anyone in customer relations.
