I was so happy when I found this website b/c it promised me money for my phone while saving the environment. This happiness soon turned to frustration after sending in my phone and waiting 2 months for the check. Not only did I not receive the check for my phone but they have stopped responding back to my emails and request to have my phone mailed back to me. I am very disappointed with this company and will file a complaint with the BBB so that they can be on "someone's radar". I am glad that people have this website as a venue... read full review »
