We were referred to Smyth Irish Setters by several other Irish Setter breeders around the country when we were looking specifically for a hunting Irish Setter. My husband flew to Wisconsin and met Rose to pick up the 8 week old puppy. Our boy is 4 months old now. He is incredibly sweet and wants to be a lap dog. He is friendly with everyone he meets and makes everyone feel like his buddy. He has been very easy to train. He listens well and you can tell he is so eager to please.
