I wanted to do a trial membership to check out a pre-forclosure website called Zingow.com. Henry Hall was my customer service rep who told me about the services. He failed to mention if you did a "Custom Search" that that voided the terms of the free trial. Henry should have mentioned that to me in the shpeel upfront.
