I wish I had read all these complaints first! I just ordered a Frigidaire Dehumdifier from them because they had free shipping. I get an email saying that they had problems processing my order. I looked online at my bank statement and saw they had charged me for the order. When I called they said before they could process the order they needed me to confirm the preauthorization amount on my card. I thought that was strange.
