I'm sick, should have checked here first. I ordered one as a joke and after hitting "enter" the total was for 5--company is a total ripoff. I did get through to a "live" person, Kelly Reddick who told me that my order had not posted yet but I could call back tomorrow. Try calling 1-800 566 2888, that's the customer service number where I was able to speak with an agent. I will be reporting this tomorrow as a fraudulent transaction to my cc company.
