This company is a fraud! When I went to use the card after being hospitalized it covered NOTHING!!! I live in New York and the nearest place to have blood drawn is in Conneticut. They take your credit card and take your money each month. To cancel you have to send a letter in writing. Well guess what? They are still billing my credit card. Had to take it up with my credit card company. They are supposed to be investigating why Direct Med is still taking my money. Have filed complaints with the state of NY consumer bureau.
