July 23, 2009, I received a letter regarding a 2004 Silverado and that I was 38 months overdue in having that vehicle serviced. I was assigned a customer ID #09G003KVGN. I HAVE NEVER OWNED SUCH A VEHICLE. I called the 800 # listed above a short time ago and asked to speak to the individual who signed my letter - G. RARESH- AS PROGRAM COORDINATOR.
