We purchased the RD4 for our 8 year old son per his birthday request, online from NDS Arcade. They shipped the product and we received it without the instructional CD and software needed to run the chip. NDS Arcade, doesn't have a contact phone number so you can only communicate through email. We have emailed for days, and we get no response. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
