I received an anonymous call, with no one responding when I answered (I believe more than once), so I used *69 to get the phone number. IC Systems answered when I called back. Because I refused to identify myself to someone who had called anonymously, they refused to answer my questions abou their purpose, and refused to remove me from their call list. I feel no responsibility to answer anyone's questions until I know what is going on. I resent calls where the calling party vanishes from the line. read full review »
