For those complaining, I get the product and I love it. As a consumer it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions. Just because you see 5.95 S/H doesn't mean that it is. There are always T&C to read and if you don't read them then that is your fault. Everything that is done is told to you on the website. I have been ordering this product for 5 months and I have had no problems.
