My wife ordered FREE TRIAL of bright pro. we received the product on july 15th, 2009. The trial was for 10 days. They charged the shipping cost on july 13th for $2.49. They then charged our credit card $89.00 on july 22nd. When I called on july23rd to talk to somebody they kept saying " I am sorry but you're past your trial and you did not call." I asked if more product had been shipped for the $89.00 and they said "no, your being charged for the product you already have."
