I agree with all of the above so I won't repeat all of the similar experiences. I have gotten through to someone two times, but got no where with them. He tells me the only way to get anywhere is to email your concerns to [email protected]. I did that and got no response for about 7 days. Called him again, and he said they did respond but he could not see what the response was.
