Just read complaint about being on hold with GEMB Lending for over 30 minutes. I have had similar experiences! Had a problem with a check they had not received even though I proved it was paid and sent. I was on the phone waiting for response for over 20 minutes. The person who answered could not help me so they switched me to another department where again I held on for another 15 minutes. GEMB is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!!! read full review »
