Greenmountainenergy has the WORST customer service. They claim for winning JD Power Associates for customer service and they really hiked the bill to a ridiculous 15.34 cents in a hot summer, of course without any notice. When I called, they put me in a "low" price of 10.94 cents plan, but when the high bill continued to come, they said it wont happen until the "next" bill. To add more insult, I cannot cancel their service, as there is a $150 cancellation fee. Ridiculous. The customer reps are so cold and even their supervisor... read full review »
