Poor Service - Placed an order that showed in stock, called a week later to check on shipping and was told that it would ship the following Monday. Called again 6 days after the recent ship date only to be informed that the item was on backorder with 6-8 weeks avail. There was no proactive communication from Shop Digital Direct except a Sales Call trying to up sell accessories for the item I ordered. I have cancelled my order and would advise steering clear of their low price come on's. read full review »
