I ordered a new Sony HDR-SR 11 Handycam at an unbelievably low price. Received the same E-mail to call and confirm and same aggressive pressure to buy overpriced accessories. I succumbed to the pressure and bought an overpriced battery and charger. About 1/2 hour later, I thought better of it and called back to cancel the order. I was informed by "Brian" that the order had already been shipped and could not be cancelled-- pretty miraculous given that others who did not fall for the pitch were being told the camera was backordered. ... read full review »
