I have purchased the 10 piece Ultrex cookware from HSN about 5 years ago. I followed all instructions for cookware, no metal utensils, etc.. Now the lifetime warranty is not being honored by Innova or HSN. I would like to send them back to be replaced or refunded purchase price. read full review »
