July 7th, 2009 we called to disconnect our phone. The lady said she would do it and it would take an hour for the phone to go off. We waited, still the phone was not disconnected. We kept calling back and they said to give it time. That our account said the phone had been disconnected. the next day we call and talk to another person who said the person we spoke with the day before didnt cancel our phone, but instead just took off our debit card info.
