Membership sign-up... They did not follow the terms and conditions for payment. This caused a overdraft on my account twice. When I spoke, wrote, faxed and emailed they ignored their indiscretion. I went to the facility manager who cared less. I complained about the eleavator frequently out of service. I have limitations that were expressed at the time of signing up.
