The electronic panel broke on my washer which was less than a year old. After calling Whirlpool, an appointment was scheduled with A&E Factory Service. Thus began the worst service I've ever experienced. After 4 failed appointments; repeatedly showing up without parts, without the appropriate people to do the job and late, no one from A&E factory service had yet even touched my washer to begin to replace it.
