The electronic panel on my Whilpool Duet Washer broke while under warranty. I called to schedule service and an appointment was set up with A&E Service. This was the worst experience with a service company in my life. After multiple days off work, hours on the phone and a list of excuses and 4 failed service calls, I requested a different service provider. Do your self a favor and do not let Whirlpool schedule your warranty service with A&E Factory Service. Ask for a different provider up front. read full review »
