I ordered my "free" sample of Acaipure and paid the shipping charge of $1.95 and then I noticed a charge of $39.99. I tried to call the number that was on my charge card and the wait times were rediculous at 45-60 minute waits. I finally did have an hour to wait on hold and talked to someone who said that they would credit my card. However, my December statement shows another charge of $39.95 and I didn't even receive any product for this charge.
