Purchased Champion windows for the whole house in 1999. Had similar bad experience with the installation. Damaged the siding and interior wood work. Would not fix the problem for months. Withheld half of the payment until work was done. Work never done correctly. Now one of the windows needs a simple less than $10 part-but they will not sell me the part. They insist they have to send a rep out. That of course will mean a service charge and a labor charge-$100 for a $10 part. Interesting warranty-of no use-can get it done cheaper and better without the warranty. Buyer Beware. read full review »
