We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears. It was delivered on time, which was good. However, when the delivery people were here, we noticed that the door was not in the direction in corresponding to the kitchen. We asked them to switch the door side. They said it was too late, we can call service the next to have them do it for us. We called, there is a 70-dollar charge.
