I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Robert Kotler, that was so poorly done I now have to have revisions costing me more than double any initial surgery. The nose is disfigured and lumpy. I had the surgery purely for cosmetic reasons, not for breathing problems or any medical conditions. The doctor wanted to correct his bad work it with fillers... How is fillers going to correct a lumpy and shapeless tip, and disfigured nose? And when has fillers been FDA approved for this?
