I am a VERY regular customer. I spend about $1, 000/month at this facility. I had a problem once with them over giving medication to my dog that he was not supposed to receive. This time, he was boarded past weekend for 4 days. I portion and supply his food (a very strict diet) and give just enough for the exact amount of meals for the stay. When I picked him up, they gave me back 2 meals worth of food. This means he was not fed twice. I, obviously, am very upset about it.
