I purchased a book on my credit card from DBS Books on July 7, 2009 for $8.59. Today when I received my credit card bill, there was an additional charge of $19.95 from DBS with no explanation. I then went online and discovered that other people had made complaints that DBS had charged them $19.95 without previous explanation also. This is fraudulent billing. read full review »
