Lately there have been alot of online ads avertising "miracle" pills that you take and will help you lose weight. They are offering a free trial in which you only pay shipping of $5.75. These pills include a colon cleaser called Total Cleanse and an acai berry pill. I decided to try the Total Cleanse. I had always wanted to and figured for $5.75, what the hell?
