As other's we were also promised a loan modifiation and at first our case was being handled by a bradon posey then we found out that he was no longer there so our case was to be handled by a Ms Elizibeth Peterson and said she would handle everything. We gave them 2400 to start the program and this was back in Oct.08 and here 10 months later nothing we sent emails after email's and no reply.
