I purchased some toy guns from their web site on Dec. 29, 2008. They took the money from my account on January 2, 2009. I have made inquiries by phone and by EMail from their web site. They are couterious and will do everything to straighten out the order, but nothing happens. My last EMail to them was to cancell the order and return the money.
