Purchased a car and was promised a loaner whenever I brought it in for service and was told I could not get one anymore and the sales manager, Steve Kaplan was rude and did not care and said since I came to him I was not welcome back for any services and there is no other Mercedes-Benz dealers here in Vegas. Stay away fro m them andd all Fletcher Jones dealers as they are nice when you are buying but give no service after the sale. read full review »
