I call Correctional Billing Service and the company bill my credit card for $56.95 on 7/22/09 for service to recieve inmate telephone call from a Correctional facility and every time that my family memeber call the first call come through it will drop I went through all the step to except the call and the call drop. My family member will have to call back. I was charge for drop call. read full review »
