i have just read the awful complaints..i aqm in the same boat...i have used gloria for several trips..she was like my sister...i booked a trip in may 2008, on the freedom of the seas..a family vacation...two days before we were ready to leave..she said the the freedom of the seas canceled our trip...there was nothing she could do...i told her these plans had been made for 5 months...whe wcheduled us for noreign/pearl..and i had to send over $6500.00 dollars..she stated that the freedom of the seas would send my check.. i waited for over a... read full review »
