I purchase one ring tone to my phone, which I never received by paid for via credit card. No one at Ringotone will reply to my email even though the acknowledge receipt and tell me via email that someone will call immediately. I have sent 6 emails about this and get the same email response back immediately -- "end of story" at their end. Nothing has been resolved though I have still be charged and no ring tone.
