We sent our car payment in the supplied envelope with the Flatiron Address showing thru the envelope window and it was returned to us as, " REFUSED: UNABLE TO FORWARD". Now I can't get anyone on the phone to talk to, to figure out where we are supposed to be sending our payments. read full review »
