Totally fraudulent business practices. They keep charging your credit card beyond your cancellation or contract expiration date; they claimed I still owed them money even though they charged me for 8 months of personal training I didn't receive because I'd cancelled in writing when I moved. Then they started sending threatening letters and making almost daily harassing phone calls to my work and cell phones, even after I told them to stop.
