They will sell you a phone knowing that not all areas are covered and they will take your credit card info for monthly billing and when you try to cancel your account, their customer service reps are trained to say that they can not give refunds on deactivated accounts. It took me several days to actually get to a customer service supervior who now states their computer system is down and updating and that it will take a WEEK to resolve and issue my refund.
