I bought a washing machine, second-hand but with six month guarantee. On delivery I paid for I was not given any water supply hose, I had to collect it from the shop. Then the machine took hardly any water or heat it to the washing temperature. When I called the shop, they said they would not take the item back but promised to send an egineer to fix the problem but the worker never came. Taking that into account I want the machine to be taken away from me and my money paid back. read full review »
