I ordered an instructional CD from Video Professor to learn how to operate Quicken software. I never intended to get anything but the instructional video and I don't remember agreeing to pay for anything else. Video professor continuously mailed me new packages for software I had no interest in including Microsoft Word. Really? Who needs help with MW? I finally called to make sure I wasn't being billed and they said I was and that they would not refund me. This is outrageous and totally fraudulent. read full review »
