Nationstar Mortgage is calling me at work and asking if I want to schedule my monthly payment in advance. It is only October and they want me to pay for November. The Customer Service rep then advised me that she was attempting to collect a debt and I stopped her and said no you are not you are trying to collect in advance. My husband and I owned a business and it went bankrupt and I have had to deal with people like this ever since.
