We missed our connection due to plane delay, and Air France agent gave us a slip with a confirmation for the next flight the next day in the morning, and failed to provide us applicable tickets. Continental Airlines did not honor the slip provided by Air France, did not offer any help, and wanted us to pay again for our prepaid trip, otherwise we would never fly back home.
