this is a fustrating joke this cable company and the nicer you are the worst service you get I know that there are cosumers out there that are throwing there phones with this fustrating matter. I want to but I can;t afford to buy another phone. how can a company the services thousand be let to take our money this this fashion. the service is poor the reps are ignorant.
