My complaint is that orchard bank made a misstake and i am paying for it The problem is that I made a payment and the the bank refused too pay orchards bank but after I got the problem fixed orchard bank refused too take off the late fee as well as the overthe limit fee . Now waht I have is a cccount which I payed below the limit keeps accuring fee which take it over the limit due too fees as well as beg payed the fee is killing me I have payed but thre other thing they will no let me change my due date nor drop fees . I have written letters for the past year and when the new card came I did not even activate it is this happeing to any one else. read full review »
