From start to finish Elite Screens & President Russ Morgan has been a nightmare. They were to built their "specialty" - 3" insulated roof / screen patio. Took 4 months to start work because they lost paperwork twice of HOA approvals and tried to hold onto permit money without applying. I had to straighten it out with city. After outsourcing their concrete work, they did not build drain into concrete as contracted.
