Ordered a print 6'x6' on April 21st... received a wrongly oriented image (90 degrees off) and wrong size... after 60 days of excuses (like *new equipment down for two weeks*), contacted the company's management asking for a refund... so far plenty of emails with no clear answers, trying to make the situation more confused, but not resolving the issue... running out of friendly options... Not to mention another order in July 2008, of six banners, that were delivered with the wrong finishing (no finishing at all)... read full review »
